Be there when the trade show opens! Preview the exhibits in a relaxed one-on-one atmosphere with Sunbelt vendors. Join us for a really Texas sized party with a Eat & Greet from 1 to 2 p.m. and a Happy Hour from 3 to 5 p.m. Listen to live music, grab some light fare and get to know the Sunbelt exhibitors as we kick off three days of products, general sessions and networking events.

This year for the 1st time, you will have the pleasure of listening to some of Austin and Texas' best musical performers. Throughout the Austin Convention Center or on the Show Floor and stage, there is a live performance every minute.

Come visit the Remodeling Central in booth 129. Created to provide remodelers and custom builders who remodel an exclusive and comfortable area to relax, network, and learn from industry professionals and other remodelers, it will feature several networking events and five roundtable educational sessions covering important aspects of the remodeling business throughout the show.

The Star Awards recognizes the best in Texas and the Southwest – the work of outstanding builders, remodelers, architects, designers and industry professionals. With finalists selected from hundreds of entries in over 100 categories, the Star Awards honors those who are truly outstanding in their field of expertise.
Finalists are showcased on the Texas Association of Builders website and in a multi-media presentation that runs the three days of the Sunbelt Builders Show™, and the Grand Award winners will be revealed at the Texas Housing Hall of Honor & Excellence in Leadership Dinner at the Four Seasons on Friday, Septmeber 14, 2012.

This tribute to the legends of the industry, installation of TAB’s new leadership and ceremony honoring distinguished members of the association is the best night of the year in the Texas building industry.. This black tie gala is your opportunity to celebrate the Texas Association of Builders, its members and our industry on Friday, Septmeber 14, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin.
