Hill Country Guest Room

Room Reservation Policy
The following stipulations apply for all reservations made in the TAB rooming block.
1. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
2. Refunds will be given to reservation changes or cancellations up to September 1, 2010.
3. Reservations cancelled after September 1, 2010 will incur a non-refundable deposit of one night's room rate (exclusive of resort fee).
4. Individuals checking into the hotel during the event dates and leaving earlier than the original departure date will be charged one additional night's room rate (exclusive of resort fee).
