Reserve your Booth

1. Select a booth from the floor plan. 
2. Read the 2012 Exhibiting Rules and Regulations.
3. Complete the 2012 Application for Exhibit Space. Application and booth selections will not be processed until a deposit or booth payment is made.  All exhibit space and partnership payments must be made in U.S. currency.  You may pay by either:

• Official Show Guide Listing:
  The Official Show Guide is an integral component of the year round marketing you receive as a Sunbelt Exhibitor.  Each exhibitor receives a free descriptive listing in the Show Guide.  Exhibitors may purchase additional advertising.  Contact Tamara Zengerle at (800) 252-3624 or (512) 476-6346 to reserve your advertising space today.

• Exhibitor Name Badges:
  Online registration for exhibitor booth personnel and special events tickets makes it easy to organize your marketing efforts.  Note: Password is required!  Exhibitors receive one complimentary badge for every 25 sq. ft. of exhibit space.  Additional badges are $25 each.  All badges are available for pick up at the Sunbelt registration desk at 8 a.m. Tuesday, September 11 by the designated contact person.

• TAB website Product Depot Listing:
  Product Depot is TAB’s version of the Yellow Pages, utilized by builders and the general public to find just the right product or service.  Exhibitors will have their business information listed with the Sunbelt logo.ogo.
