Ordering your event supplies and services has never been easier.  Our aisle carpet is plum, and our drapes are white, gray and plum.  Critical deadlines are outlined above or listed in the online Service Kit that will be made available in May 2012.  Minimize your expense and keep things easy with booth packages or create your own.  Save yourself some money and trouble by ordering before the deadlines.

Sunbelt Show Guide Listing Information

Each exhibiting company receives listings in the Official Show Guide and on the Sunbelt website.  This form retrieves the information required for the public listings.  It also helps Sunbelt staff assist you in preparing for Sunbelt. Forms must be submitted before August 3, 2012 to meet printing deadlines.  Click here to complete and submit form. 

Register Staff

Online registration for exhibitor booth personnel and special events tickets makes it easy to organize your marketing efforts.  Note: Password is required!  Exhibitors receive one complimentary badge for every 25 sq. ft. of exhibit space.  Additional badges are $25 each.  All badges are available for pick up at the Sunbelt registration desk, as of Tuesday, September 11, 2012 by the designated contact person.

Badge Reprint Policy:  There will be a $5 per badge fee to replace lost or forgotten badges.
