What is the official name of the show?

The official name of the Show is the Sunbelt Builders Show™.

What are the exhibit hours?

Wednesday, July 29, 2015 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

How do I find out who is exhibiting?

The Sunbelt Builders Show™ features a wide variety residential and commercial building products, furnishings, technology and business practices. Visit the online Sunbelt Show Floor for the most up-to- date exhibitor list and information.

What awards programs are offered at Sunbelt?

Where should I stay?

Sunbelt has blocked rooms at discounted rates for a limited time at the Gaylord Texan® Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. Please note that it is important to book your stay early within our Sunbelt room block to get the best rates. The room block will open March 9, 2015. To register, go to the following link: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/2015sunbeltbuilders . Guest may also call the Marriott Group Reservations Line at 877-491-5138.

Room reservations must be made on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Room reservation requests after this date will be subject to hotel availability at the rack rate. Rate: $215 plus $18 resort fee and taxes.

Who attends Sunbelt?

Our attendees include single family custom and production builders, multifamily builders, remodelers, land developers, architects, designers, general contractors, and company representatives who provide products and services to the building community: bankers, insurance and title company agents, appliance distributors, door, windows, insulation and flooring, etc.

May students attend Sunbelt?

Yes – Student Passes are available through Sunbelt registration and include admittance onto the Show floor, the Opening Session and the Sessions. Student registration is available to those enrolled at an accredited college, university or technical/trade school. Student ID or credentials must be shown at the time of pass pick-up. Email Sunbelt@TexasBuilders.org with questions.

May children and/or spouses attend Sunbelt?

Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when in the exhibit areas.  Registration for children is complimentary and must be done on-site.  All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered and badged to be admitted to the exhibit areas.  Strollers are not allowed in the exhibit areas.  Children under 18 are not permitted on the Show floor during setup or teardown. Spouses must register as individual attendees, are subject to registration fees and will receive their own badge to wear during the Show.  

How do I avoid long lines to get into the Show?

Exhibitors can register their entire booth personnel before the Show to prevent standing in line.    

Once you have picked up your badge holder and have it properly displayed for convention security, you may enter the Show Floor during open hours.  Only exhibitors are allowed on the Show Floor before and after open hours.

Can I register on-site?

Yes, you may register on-site, and Sunbelt makes it easy with great customer service and fast registration.  

I registered online. Where's my name badge?

All credentials packages, including badges and any tickets purchased will be available for pick up at the Sunbelt registration desk beginning on Monday, July 27, 2015.  

Where can I go to grab a quick lunch?

The Gaylord Texan® Resort & Convention Center offers a variety of food and beverage areas and restaurants.  Sunbelt does offer some food and beverages on the Show Floor each day.

How do I reserve my booth and pay for my exhibit space?

All companies wishing to reserve booth space must complete the process online at SunbeltBuildersShow.com. Exhibit space and partnership payments must be made online or by check.

What is the payment schedule for the Sunbelt Builders Show™?

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required with application

  • Remaining balance is due within 30 days of invoice date

  • 100% non-refundable payment is required with application after January 31, 2015

  • After January 31, 2015 no refunds will be issued to a cancelling company 

When will I receive my invoice?

Invoices are processed and emailed / mailed on the 1st and middle of every month.

My company is a TAB member and is exhibiting at Sunbelt. What benefits are we entitled to?

As a member, you save 10% off every 10’ x 10’ space you contract for.

How do I get information on booth rules and regulations, supply order forms and partnership information for the things we'll need in our booth and at the Show?

Go to Show Planning to find everything you need from ordering furniture and electricity, becoming a sponsor, hotel and ordering staff badges.

When can we move into our booth?

Exhibitor Move In: Monday, July 27 2 - 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 28 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

All exhibits must be fully installed by Tuesday, July 28 at 5 p.m.

Show Hours: Wednesday, July 29 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Thursday, July 30 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-out: Thursday, July 30 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Friday, July 31 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

How many complimentary badges do we get and when will we receive them?

Exhibitors receive four (4) complimentary badge for 10'x10' booth. Additional badges are $25 each. All badges are available for pick up at the Sunbelt registration desk at 2 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015.

How do I find my current booth number?

You can locate your booth number at SunbeltBuildersShow.com, under Show Floor, on your invoice or booth confirmation or by contacting Sunbelt staff (800) 252-3624 or (512) 476-6346.

Where do I turn in or update my company information for my listings in the Show Guide and Sunbelt website Exhibitor Directory?

You may update or correct your company’s information and description by logging into your Exhibitor Profile and updating your company information, filling out the Exhibitor Information Form found under Show Planning or by contacting Sunbelt staff at (800) 252-3624 or (512) 476-6346.

Do exhibitors get complimentary passes to the general sessions?

Yes, exhibitor registration allows you access to Sunbelt’s remarkable Opening Session and all non- ticketed general/education sessions.

Show Regulations and Management

Show Office

The Show Office is located next to the registration desks and is open July 27-30 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and August
1 from 8 a.m. - Noon.

Children

Live Animals

Live animals of any kind are not allowed on the exhibit floor, with the exception of service animals.

Photography/Filming

Photography or recording within the exhibit areas or general session rooms is prohibited.

Smoking

The Gaylord Texan® Resort & Convention Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed outside in
designated areas.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation/refund requests must be received no later than close of business on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 to Sunbelt@TexasBuilders.org or (800) 252-3625. An administrative fee of $25.00 will apply to each cancelled registration. Refunds will be issued after the Show. Substitutions will not be permitted at any time.

Badge Policy

Badges will not be mailed but will be available for pickup on site starting Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Registration Desk inside the Gaylord Texan.

All Show attendees and exhibitors must have their badge properly displayed while on the Show floor except infants in backpacks or slings. Strollers are not allowed in the exhibit areas.

All credentials packages, including badges and any tickets purchased will be available for pick up at the Sunbelt registration desk beginning on Monday, July 27, 2015 by the designated contact person.

Exhibitor Badge Policy: Sunbelt Exhibitors receive four complimentary badges for every 10' x 10' booth. Additional badges are $25 each.
Badge Reprint Policy: There will be a $5 per badge fee to replace lost or forgotten badges.
