- Room rate = $279 plus fees and taxes and reduced resort fee of $26 plus tax. Billing = individual pays own.
- Room reservations must be made on or before July 5, 2025. Reservation requests after this date will be subject to hotel availability at the rack rate.

Parking
Discounted overnight Gaylord self-parking passes are available to tradeshow attendees and hotel guests staying at the Gaylord hotel. The hotel's front desk team will apply a code for guests who self park. For tradeshow attendees not staying at the hotel – you can check with onsite registration to find out where you can purchase a pre-pay sticker for the group rate.
- Discounted self-parking = $17 inclusive daily (hotel guests and meeting attendees)
- Standard Valet Parking: Daily = $49 + tax (overnight parking fees include in/out privileges)
