Poachers and scammers are constantly posing as official representatives of the Sunbelt Builders Show® (Sunbelt, Sunbelt Show, SBS, Sunbelt Builders, etc.) to sell unofficial attendee data lists and solicit hotel reservations. These companies are unrelenting and are known to constantly change their company and domain names… and so, without regard to specific names, beware of ANYONE soliciting on behalf of the Sunbelt Builders Show®.
Go straight to the source…The only truly authorized information concerning the Sunbelt Builders Show® will come directly from the Show or its owner and producer, the Texas Association of Builders (TAB). All Show information will be accessible through the Show’s website and, if you’re an exhibitor, within your StreamPoint Exhibitor Account.
The only hotel provider for the Sunbelt Builders Show® is the Gaylord Texan. If you are contacted via phone for hotel reservations, know that they are poachers and should be ignored. The official hotel properties and reservation information will be listed soon and direct, discounted Sunbelt/TAB rooming block links provided.
Know that the Sunbelt Builders Show® and the Texas Association of Builders will NOT release any “confirmed” or “verified” attendee or exhibitor lists. Please DO NOT be tricked into paying anyone for that information.
