About Tim Sullivan
Tim Sullivan, Chief Advisory Officer has decades of experience in analyzing and valuing real estate development opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America. He has developed the ability to interpret diverse statistics and trends and translate them into actionable plans. Tim’s personal commitment to his clients is to constantly assess the economy, real estate market, and consumer trends to identify the most innovative and best ways to invest and develop profitably.
Prior to joining Zonda, Tim was senior manager at KPMG Peat Marwick’s National Real Estate Consulting Group before serving as principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence’s Real Estate Consulting Practice and his own firm. Tim earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds a MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) from the National Association of Homebuilders and was elected into the California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF) Hall of Fame in 2016.
About Bryan Glasshagel
Based in Dallas, Bryan Glasshagel leads the Texas advisory/consulting practice for Zonda. Bryan has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and banking industries and has directed strategic analyses of residential and commercial development opportunities and acquisitions throughout Texas and the United States, including major master planned communities, active adult housing, mixed-use projects, and commercial real estate developments. Prior to his current role at Zonda, Bryan spent 10 years as an Executive Director in the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase with a focus on commercial real estate and middle market lending and underwriting roles. Bryan received a Master’s Degree in International Relations / Political Science from Arizona State University.
