BOOTH INFORMATION
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with grey 8' high drape, 36" high side dividers, and a 7" x 44" company identification sign.
Sunbelt management will carpet the aisles and rows in peacock (mix of black and teal).
STAFF BADGES
All booth registration includes a 2-Day Show Pass to the trade show floor, access to keynote speakers, education and demo sessions.
- 4 Complimentary Show Passes per 10'x10' booth
- Additional badges (4 Show Passes per 10'x'10' booth) can be purchased for $50 per person before the Show and $150 per person on-site.
- All badges must be picked up by Wednesday, July 10 ~ 5 p.m. from the Sunbelt registration desk.
- There will be a $35 per badge fee to replace lost or forgotten badges.

MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT (Halls D-F)
Trailers and Vehicles will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 27 at the Gaylord Texan loading docks to be escorted by Shepard staff and a Grapevine Fire Marshal to the exhibitor's booth. Move-Out will be the reverse on Thursday, July 31 by 9 a.m.
All exhibitor Move-In will begin Monday, July 28 at 8 a.m. No materials or supplies may be brought from the front of the Gaylord Texan. All booths must be set by 5 p.m. that day.
Move-Out begins at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 30 and closes at 7 p.m. that day. DO NOT begin breaking down until then. Please be respectful of attendees and other exhibitors on the Show floor at all times. Thursday, July 31 will have move-out from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Freight rerouting will begin at 11 a.m. sharp.
